Bella Barista  is the authorised UK retailer for this roaster. They arranged for Sandbox Smart Technology to send the unit directly to me for testing and review (I prefer to get things the way you will receive them). The unit is currently being CE approved prior to  going on sale in the UK. This is my take on the roaster, covering key features of the unit with an emphasis on the casual roaster who just wants great coffee with as little fuss and effort as possible. Advanced features of the roaster will be briefly covered for those who want to fully explore the customisation opportunities offered. It may help experts appreciate its capabilities and where it may help them in the small commercial roastery, or to get even better roasts at home.
